KVKK Compliance Policy
1. Identity of the Data Controller
Pirameet İletişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Pirameet" or "Company") acts as the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Our Company processes your personal data in accordance with the fundamental principles set out in the law: lawfully and in good faith, accurately and up to date, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, in a proportionate and limited manner, and only for as long as necessary.
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Our Company may process identity and contact data such as name-surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name, and contact form contents from users who request services; technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage activity for system security, technical support, and service quality measurement purposes; and cookie identifiers and session data under our cookie policy.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling the services provided, providing technical support, meeting legal obligations, improving service quality, conducting business processes, informing authorised public institutions, and carrying out Company activities in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK, your personal data is processed on the following legal bases: existence of your explicit consent, explicit provision in laws, direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of our Company's legal obligations, having been made public by yourself, necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and necessity for our legitimate interests.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with domestic business partners, suppliers, and authorised public institutions for the purposes of delivering the service, providing technical infrastructure, and meeting legal obligations, within the scope of Article 8 of KVKK. Transfer abroad takes place only if adequate protection exists or explicit consent is obtained under Article 9 of KVKK.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data by applying to our Company: learning whether personal data is processed; requesting information if processed; learning the purpose and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; learning the third parties to whom it is transferred; requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect data; requesting deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK; requesting notification of such corrections or deletions to third parties; objecting to results against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and claiming compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
7. How to Apply
To exercise your rights under KVKK, you may contact us by sending an e-mail to destek@kambilgi.com.tr or by submitting a written application to the address of Pirameet İletişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. Your requests will be responded to within at most thirty (30) days depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for free applications; however, if the process incurs an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.
