Disclosure Text on the Processing of Personal Data
1. Data Controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Pirameet İletişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data Collected and Collection Methods
When you visit our website or fill in our contact forms, your name-surname, e-mail address, phone number, and corporate information are collected through your own declaration. In addition, technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and cookies are automatically obtained during website use. Log records and connection data are also processed through technical processes within the scope of system infrastructure and cloud services.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The collected personal data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling service requests and conducting technical support processes, ensuring website security and maintaining system continuity, fulfilling legal obligations, addressing cases requiring disclosure to authorised authorities, and improving service quality and enhancing user experience.
4. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be shared with technical infrastructure and cloud service providers, support services suppliers, authorised public institutions in cases of legal obligation, and courts and judicial authorities, within the guarantees stipulated by KVKK.
5. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained until the purpose of processing ceases to exist or for the retention period specified in applicable legislation. This period may be extended where required by legal obligations. When the purpose ceases and the legal period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: learning whether personal data is processed; requesting information if processed; learning its purpose and querying whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; learning the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data; requesting deletion or destruction of data when conditions arise; requesting notification of corrections and deletions to third parties; objecting to decisions against you resulting from analysis solely through automated systems; and requesting compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.
